These terms govern your use of the BetX1 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing bets. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and agree to these rules.

Each person may hold only one account on BetX1. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth and valid contact details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else, and do not allow anyone else to use your account. BetX1 will treat all activity on your account as having been carried out by you.
If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact BetX1 support immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account while the matter is resolved. BetX1 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.
Your BetX1 account balance is held in PKR. The balance shown in your account reflects real funds deposited and winnings credited, minus any bets placed and withdrawals processed. BetX1 does not pay interest on account balances.
BetX1 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and selected debit/credit cards. All payment methods available to you will be shown on the Deposit page after logging in.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the payment provider. BetX1 does not control processing times on the payment provider's end.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown on the Deposit page. These limits may vary by payment method. BetX1 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with notice.
Only deposit funds that you can afford to use for entertainment. Deposits made to BetX1 are for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. If you are concerned about your spending, please review the tools available on the Responsible Gaming page.
You can request a withdrawal of available funds at any time via the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method where possible. BetX1 processes withdrawal requests in PKR.
BetX1 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain amounts. This is a standard procedure to protect account holders. You will be asked to provide a valid ID document. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion.
BetX1 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or mobile wallet provider's processing time. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Only real-money funds that have been cleared of any wagering requirement can be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are available on the Promotions page.
All bets placed on BetX1 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or market in question. General betting rules applicable across all sports are outlined here. Sport-specific rules are detailed on the relevant Sports and Betting pages.
A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — due to a technical error or network issue — should be considered as not placed. Check your bet history if you are unsure.
Odds can change at any time up until a market closes. The odds that apply to your bet are those shown at the time you confirm the bet, not the odds displayed before or after confirmation. For live in-play bets, odds may update mid-selection — you will be shown the final odds before confirming.
BetX1 reserves the right to void any bet where there has been a manifest error in the odds, where a market was opened or settled in error, or where there is evidence of irregular or suspicious activity. In the event a bet is voided, your original stake will be returned.
Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — follow standard cricket betting rules. If a match is abandoned or cancelled and fewer than the minimum required overs have been completed, bets will generally be voided unless specific market rules state otherwise. Match-specific rules are displayed alongside each market.
BetX1 offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, esports and selected other sports. In-play betting allows you to place bets while a match or event is in progress. Odds update in real time based on the state of play.
In-play markets may be temporarily suspended at any time — for example, while a wicket falls in cricket or a goal is scored in football. During suspension, no bets can be placed. BetX1 is not responsible for losses arising from an inability to place a bet during a suspension period.
A stable internet connection is required for in-play betting. BetX1 is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to connectivity issues on your end. Always confirm your bet via the bet receipt before assuming it has been placed.
Where live streaming of events is available on BetX1, there may be a short delay between the live stream and the actual event. Bets placed based on information viewed via the live stream are placed at the player's own risk, as the in-play odds reflect the actual real-time state of the event, not the delayed stream.
BetX1 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, enhanced odds, free bets and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of betting activity that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, qualifying games or sports, minimum odds and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
Promotional offers are intended for one use per eligible account. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — through creating duplicate accounts or any other means — is considered abuse of the promotion system and will result in the bonus being revoked and the account being investigated.
BetX1 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying activity completed before cancellation will be honoured. Players will be notified of significant changes to active promotions.
BetX1's Slot Games section is available to all registered users. Slot games are played from the same PKR account balance as sports betting. All slot games use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every spin.
Each slot game has a published Return to Player percentage (RTP), which represents the theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a slot will pay back to players over a long period of play. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session or spin.
In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a slot game — including a game freeze, disconnection or display error — the round in question may be voided and your stake returned. BetX1 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by rare technical issues.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetX1. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, bet voiding and forfeiture of funds:
BetX1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraudulent activity, a failure to complete identity verification, or any other reason that BetX1 considers sufficient. Where an account is closed due to a breach, funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting BetX1 support. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification.
If you wish to take a break from betting, BetX1 offers a self-exclusion option. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. This feature is available via the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings or by contacting support directly.

BetX1 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect loss or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from technical failures, incorrect odds displayed due to errors, or betting decisions made by you.
BetX1's total liability to you in any circumstances will not exceed the amount you have deposited and not yet withdrawn from your account at the time the relevant issue arose.
BetX1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. BetX1 does not sell personal data to third parties.
